Technical and Testing Institute Brno (TTIB) performs activities in the following areas:
The institute was founded in 2005 and since then it is dealing with expert, testing and development activities.
Founders and leading experts are educated in the branch of "chemistry of silicate and macromolecular materials" or "building materials technology" and "testing". Knowledge gained at professional practice in development and technological teams in leading producers of building materials and coatings (BASF, SIKA/PANBEX, SYNTHESIA, SPOLCHEMIE, etc.) are extension to the professional education of institute members.
Our experts participated in the performing of work projects at Brno University of Technology (BUT), Czech Technical University in Prague (CTU in Prague), Research Institute of Building Materials in Brno (VUSTAH), Faculty of Science at Masaryk University in Brno (PrF MU), VŠB – Technical University in Ostrava (VSB-TUO) and at the Academy of Sciences of the Czech Republic (ASCR) and the Slovak Academy of Sciences (SAS).
All of our research activities are realized in accordance to the correct laboratory practice. We use the most modern device equipment for testing and making an expertise. We perform testing according to our own methodologies, professional technical quality conditions, national and European technical standards. We cooperate with leading development centers, universities and accredited testing institutes. We carry out activities for processors of primary raw material, building material and prefabricate producers, designers, investors and construction companies.
We design, supervise and perform construction-technical surveys and inspections of industrial buildings.
We carry out our research and development activities on a contract basis respecting client’s trade secrets and internal know-how.
